About the Class
Lasagna has to be one of the most cooked classic family meals – one to impress your mates, and feed an army!
Franca is here to share her family’s traditional lasagna recipe that her mother taught her. Learn and make your own lasagna pasta sheets from scratch, as well as fettucine and get instructions on how to put together a lasagna dish. Enjoy a lunch of her creation of fresh fettucine and sauce! Take home a jar of slow-cooked bolognaise, along with your own lasagna sheets. And dinner is sorted!
Please note the meal prepared will be bolognaise and not suitable for vegetarians. Vegetarians are welcome to this class and will still take home your own homemade lasagna sheets.
*This class is presented as part of the Pass It On Project, supported by the IRT Foundation.
Pass It On recruits skilled Seniors in our community to share their skills through workshops like this one.
This is Franca’s first time teaching her pasta making.
