About the Class
Every year at the end of Tomato Season, Italians gather together with family and process all the tomatoes into Passata – the base of all Italian pasta sauces. Bringing together the team from Hidden Harvest, plus the last of the season tomatoes from Mahbrook Organics, this is a great way to spend a day – getting your hands dirty with sweet tomato juice, spending time around a table together, making passata, and finishing off with a simple italian lunch (with some cheeky red wine too)
