Elyse Comerford is a passionate Holistic Health Coach, and founder of “Simple Health for Busy Mums”, helping Mum’s everywhere make simple and lasting health changes that drastically improve the health and happiness of the whole family. Elyse is all for living simply and authentically, and finding your true purpose so you can live a satisfying life. Elyse trained as a Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is in the final year of a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, all whilst juggling an energetic toddler! Workshops and talks are Elyse’s favourite mediums, spreading a message of health and happiness to as many people as possible!
