About the Class
BUMBU BALI! Learn some seriously good cooking skills from Jules, owner of Balinese Spice Magic! Learn about the spices, how to grow, store and process them, as well as the health benefit of all the spices used on the day.
You will get a hands on experience in processing the spices using mortal and pestle as well as tasting their spice paste on the food that will be cooked on the day. Options of Non Vegan (Barramundi) and Vegan Red kidney beans are available.
Jules is the owner and founder of the very popular Balinese Spice Magic Restaurant and market stall. Her passion for Balinese food is obvious in the taste! She also runs cooking classes out of the restaurant.
